If you are not comfortable with any of the exercises, demonstrations, advice, or activities contained on this Website, then do not attempt it.  The training in these videos assume that you are attending to the well being of your horse and have checked out any possible underlying medical problems. 

Guarantee

It would be irresponsible and impossible for any horse trainer to make “guarantees” because every horse and human and their combinations are different.  This creates too many variables beyond the control of what can be taught in online videos.  s.

The Monthly Subscription

Is a RECURRING payment, this means that you will be charged each month until you unsubscribe. Your “month” runs from the day that you subscribe through the same day of subsequent months. For example, if you join on the 5th, the next payment will be taken on the 5th of the next month, unless you unsubscribe 2 days prior to that date in order for processing to occur.

When you subscribe, you will receive an email confirmation . Do check your spam. If you do not receive it, just send us a quick email with the date you subscribed and your subscription email address.

Refunds

Will be given if there is a mistake made on tracey duncan, traceyduncan.co.uk behalf. If you have forgotten to unsubscribe in a timely manner, created a second account accidentally, or made another mistake that had nothing to do with our system/processes, there will be no refund.

You will receive a confirmation email when you cancel, if you do not receive it, it means that you were unsuccessful and should try again or contact us immediately. 

There are no refunds for Yearly Subscriptions for any reason or products brought in full.
